We started our journey at beNEXT in 2018. We started with a passion for bringing practical applications of blockchain technology, specifically Smart Legal Contracts, into the real world. Our team is made up of co-founders Abe and Martin, who bring decades of experience in product development and digital consulting, along with Anouk, an expert in smart contracts, finance, and tokenomics, and Oliver, a seasoned lawyer with a top-tier firm background.

We saw the real estate industry as a perfect starting point for our venture, recognizing the potential for digitization, automation, and transparency in contract processes. We've built a platform and product that has been successfully used by real estate professionals, including agents, vendors, lenders, buyers, and conveyancers, using our Smart Legal Contract technology.
Throughout our journey, we've remained laser-focused on solving the most pressing problems for our customers. We had a major realization when one of our early customers, a private mortgage lender in the U.S., expressed their biggest challenge as access to capital, rather than customer acquisition or process automation. This led us to do further research and discover that many private lenders with limited assets under management (AUM) face similar struggles in accessing capital from traditional sources like bank lines of credit or warehouse lending.
At beNEXT, we are committed to developing innovative solutions to address these challenges in the real estate and private lending industries using our Smart Legal Contract technology. We're passionate about making a meaningful impact and helping our customers overcome their most critical obstacles.
